Our postal security department oversees and evaluates all things related to mail delivery and safety. We have various security measures to ensure we don’t lose items locally or internationally. Our digital tracking systems let us know where packages are along with their status at all moments. As a result of the robust security measures we take, we have only lost about 0.002% of mail. Our work did not go without recognition, in 2022 we were awarded certificates from the United Postal Union (UPU) for safety and reliability. 

In the rare case that mail goes missing, we have compensation procedures in place to reimburse our customers. Compensation is based on our company’s scale formulated based on the type of mail and its destination. For an added layer of security, we also offer post insurance, purchasing the insurance will guarantee payment in full. Either through compensation or an insurance payout, we guarantee that you will be repaid.
