The Ethiopian Postal Service announces to the public that as of 20 December 1994 a series of four stamps commemorating “30th ANNIVERSARY OF AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK” will be on sale in all Post Offices This is an overprint with the ADB emblem on the 65c, 70c, 75c and 90c Semien Fox Definitive issue.

First Day Covers will be sold at the Addis Ababa General Post Office and its Branches, Kibre-Mengist, Adigrat, Asebe Teferi, Arba Minch, Hirna, Ginnier, Hossana Assela, Awasa, Axum, Bahirdar, Hagere Hiwot, Debre Berhan, Debre Markos, Debre Zeit Dembi Dolo, Dessie, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Fitche, Gambella, Goba, Gonder, Gore, Harrar, Jijiga, Jimma, Jinka, Akaki, Mekele Nazareth, Negele Borena, Nekempte, Shashemene, Wolaita Sodo and Yirgalem Post Offices on 20 December 1994 from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M.
