With over ten years of experience in the postal and courier industry, Ato Dagmawi has been a valuable member of Ethiopost since March 2021. Since joining, he has played a crucial role in implementing reforms, showcasing his expertise in setting and meeting objectives, and motivating his team. These efforts have led to significant improvements in service quality for EMS as well as parcel and letters products under his oversight.

His commitment to fostering positive change and unwavering optimism has been a constant source of inspiration for the entire organization.
